Since our formation in 1988 Midland Survey Limited has grown to its present size employing 34 members of staff of which there are 3 Directors and 10 Senior Surveyors, the remainder of the staff being made up of trainee / junior surveyors and administration staff.
In 2002 with the company expanding we moved into our own office building in Southam, centrally located to enable access to all parts of the United Kingdom.
Using the latest technology both in the field and office we are able to provide accurate survey information in a wide range of formats.
At the present time we have a large and varied portfolio of clients some of whom we have worked for since our inception. Our client base includes (but is not limited to) Property Developers, Architects, Oil Companies, Builders, Solicitors, Engineers, Housing Associations, Universities, Pub / Hotel Chains, Country Estates, the rich and famous and private concerns.
We are a full members of The Survey Association (TSA), Constructionline and have been quality assured since 1997 now holding ISO 9001:2000 accreditation.
