Using the latest survey technology such as Trimble direct reflex total stations and Trimble VRS Now (real time GPS) we are able to provide our clients with cost effective, highly accurate and detailed survey information. Our highly experienced topographical surveyors have worked on thousands of land surveys over the years including (but not limited to) private gardens, country estates, industrial sites, city centre developments, schools, hospitals, highways, canals and rivers, university campuses, retail parks and airports.

Using dedicated land survey software and AutoCAD we are able to provide both 2D and 3D information for input into most other systems.

Using a mixture of traditional survey methods and the latest technology we are able to produce accurate and highly detailed floor plans, sections and elevations of existing buildings / structures. Our team of highly experienced surveyors have worked on thousands of building surveys over the years including (but not limited to) private dwellings, country estates, industrial buildings, churches / cathedrals, schools, offices, sports venues, universities and retail centres.

All survey information is processed using AutoCAD and then transferred into the clients preferred format on completion.

To enhance our existing services we are able to offer cost effective utility surveys including utility records searches. Working very closely with a specialist utility survey company for the past 5 years we are able to provide a highly efficient service including Ground Penetrating Radar and cctv when these services are required.

Information can be plotted directly onto a) existing topographical information where available b) added to the ordnance digital data, or c) part of a package of new information including both topographical survey work and utility survey work.
